Construction, basically, starts with planning along with budgeting, scheduling, ensuring site safety, etc. In addition, environmental factors are also given consideration. Lastly, procurement of building construction can be private or public using delivery methodologies, which include hard bid, negotiated price, traditional, management contracting, etc.
