Eating Healthy at Work
Your hectic schedule usually leaves you with no choice but to grab a hotdog or burger and fries during your lunch break. However, eating fast food is not the only option you have at work. You can develop healthy eating habits through simple practices.
If you cook during the weekends, you can prepare food that you can bring to the office on a Sunday. You might want to prepare a pasta or chicken cuts to make into a sandwich. You can also choose some vegetables and fruits that you want to make into a salad the night before. Bring along some healthy snacks to the office to satisfy your sudden hunger pangs. Fruits (whether sliced or whole), crackers, granola bars, and yoghurt are friendly options to stuff yourself with. When you have to go out for lunch, opt for salads or whole grain sandwiches. In addition to that, make sure you have plenty of water with you.
